Had a very good stay on my road trip

Booked a Wheelchair Accessible room with a mountain view and balcony, and loved the new furniture

The place was fairly clean, I booked the standard twin room with views of the sea, everything was perfect. The location was ideal and highway was next to the hotel. I had quick lunch at Burger King, located next to the venue.

Some people working there were normal.

Beautiful views, else hotel is basic, good access from motorway and 24h services (Marche) makes this hotel a good stopover en-route to somewhere.

Guests can always expect a relaxing stay with great value at this hotel, offering tidy and bright rooms with comfortable beds and safety measures like smoke detectors.

Hotel is in good location, very near to lake. Rooms are very clean and view is wonderful. Free parking is also good thing.

It would be better if there is walking track to lake. In this case I need to use car to go near to lake and walk arround. But anyway it is 5-6 minutes drive, so it is not big issue.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

The hotel is near the railway track. we could not sleep for almost half of the night.

The location is great, close to shopping areas, Burger King, Marchie, and a restaurant. Every staff member is friendly, kind, and eager to help. - the room is cozy and functional, with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Gas station hotel only for car owners. You cannot get to/out without a car and actually there is nothing to do at the hotel. Could be quite noisy: frequent trains below at the lake level in some 100 meters but quite audible and cars on the highway. The restaurant at the hotel is below average though not bad for the gas station break. No free internet in the room (only overpriced wire).

I loved the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel's common areas. The soft colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. It was easy for me, as a senior woman, to navigate around the hotel and access all the facilities. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns. the hotel's decoration and accessibility were perfect for a senior like me.

I would have liked to see more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests. Although the hotel had a lot to offer, it seemed more focused on families with big kids or younger guests.

Perfect stopover before crossing to Italy. No délays. Comforting food and great breakfast. Safe available parking.have shared it with many friends; it might be a good idea to offer some little bonus to those referring the Hotel to other guestsl when they stay there as well.

I arrived late...with a child....entered the hotel immedaitely at 2 am. Receptionist took only 3 minutes to give me the key. Room was very clean. Reports of trains passing are true.....however, I slept through the whole night
